THE ROLE
We’re on the lookout for someone extraordinary to come and join us as Workplace Coordinator to be responsible for ensuring that our office building is a safe, efficient and wonderful place to work.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day office management:
- Own the day-to-day running of the office
- Keep the workspace organised, stocked and welcoming
- Coordinate senior leadership travel
- Support onboarding and workplace set-ups
- Manage office vendors and services
- Resolve office issues quickly and proactively
- Support a positive employee experience through team events and socials
- Assist planning for, and deliver regular weekly, monthly and quarterly events
- Coordinate logistics, venues and suppliers
- Manage event set-up and on-the-day execution
- Ensure events are engaging, well-organised and enjoyable
- Support both internal events and larger team gatherings
- Own the day-to-day facilities operations for TRIP HQ
- Coordinate contractors and suppliers for maintenance, cleaning and repairs
- Support and monitor Health & Safety compliance for both office based and remote employees, including fire safety and risk assessment
- Manage building and system issues and respond to emergencies as they arise
- Coordinate IT support and IT security through external providers for both office based and remote employees
- Ensure all office and meeting room IT equipment is working and fit for purpose
ABOUT YOU
- 4+ years in similar roles
- Knowledge of facilities management operations
- Familiarity with office equipment and security systems
- Understanding of safety regulations in offices
- Well-organised
- Sound judgement and the ability to think quickly during emergencies
- Hyper organised and love working in high paced environments, with confidence and ability to independently prioritise, plan and coordinate people/processes to ensure seamless execution.

- Strong generalist background.
