THE ROLE
We’re on the lookout for someone extraordinary to come and join us as Middleweight Designer with a focus on all digital touchpoints in a fast‑paced, FMCG environment. You’ll work across our growth channels (Meta, Amazon, TikTok), retention (email), our social feeds, and our website, leading the way with brilliantly on‑brand and on‑trend ideas that are beautifully executed and ultimately, perform well. There will be opportunity to jump into bigger campaigns as part of the wider Creative Team, to work on shoot concepting, and potentially even the odd piece of packaging. But digital design is where your heart is.
Key responsibilities:
- Own digital creative production across Amazon, DTC (website, email and Meta) and TikTok Shop, creating high‑quality assets that are both on‑brand and performance‑led.
- Work across both UK and US markets, adapting creative to suit each audience and channel.
- Create digital assets that elevate our creative, in terms of beautiful execution and attention to detail.
- Be equally adept at creating static or video assets, whether that is video or animation - moving image is a key part of our acquisition creative and a big part of this role.
- Lead the development of our AI‑powered creative function - exploring, testing and building workflows using a range of AI platforms to generate content efficiently and at scale.
- Stay ahead of the curve on AI tools and technology, bringing a proactive, experimental mindset to finding new ways to produce and improve content.
- Brief in and oversee additional resources, including freelancers and wider team members as needed, to support delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the broader Ecommerce and Marketing teams to ensure all creative aligns with commercial priorities and brand guidelines.
- Apply brand guidelines consistently, ensuring correct use of typography, layout, colour and brand assets.
- Manage multiple briefs simultaneously, delivering high‑quality work quickly and at pace.
- Contribute to a test‑and‑learn culture, helping to iterate and improve performance creative across all channels.
ABOUT YOU
- At least 3-5 years proven experience as a creative designer, ideally in‑house at an FMCG, DTC or ecommerce brand.
- Absolutely at home in Illustrator and Photoshop as well as Premiere or After Effects.
- Demonstrable experience creating performance‑led digital assets across Amazon, Meta, email and/or TikTok.
- Hands‑on experience with AI platforms to generate and enhance creative content - this is non‑negotiable.
- Genuinely passionate about the evolving AI landscape and eager to help build out and shape how we use AI tools across our creative workflow.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and/or After Effects).
- Strong craft skills in layout, typography, colour management, and attention to detail.
- Able to juggle multiple briefs, work at speed and adapt quickly in a fast‑moving, scale‑up environment.
- Collaborative team player who communicates clearly and manages stakeholders well, including across UK and US teams.
