The Role

We\’re looking for a passionate Middleweight Designer to join our in-house creative team at TRIP. You’ll play a key role in evolving and executing our visual identity across packaging, digital marketing and brand campaigns, from new product launches to seasonal campaigns, social content, and in-store experiences.

This role is ideal for a highly creative designer with strong conceptual thinking and a sharp eye for detail who’s excited about working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities

Packaging Design:

  • Create and adapt packaging artwork across our product range, including cans, boxes, and retail-ready formats.

  • Collaborate with product, operations, and growth teams to ensure designs meet technical and regulatory requirements.

  • Evolve and maintain brand consistency across formats and ranges.

Campaign & Brand Creative:

  • Design compelling visual assets for marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, retail, and OOH.

  • Translate campaign concepts into effective design systems and content across channels.

  • Collaborate with copywriters, content creators, and marketing to ensure cohesive storytelling.

Digital Marketing:

  • Create engaging and conversion-driven assets for social media ads, email marketing, influencer collaborations, website landing pages, and digital partnerships.

  • Work with the marketing team to optimise designs for performance, testing variations and incorporating feedback from campaign data.

Brand Stewardship:

  • Maintain and evolve our visual brand identity across all touchpoints.

  • Contribute to creative ideation and concept development sessions.

  • Help art direct photo and video shoots, ensuring visuals align with brand aesthetics.

Team & Time Management:

  • Adhere to the company\’s best practices regarding workflow, processes, and creative standards.

  • Apply critical thinking to continuously develop and enhance creative work.

  • Embrace constructive feedback, implementing it effectively to ensure that the final deliverables are on time and align with the objectives.

  • Encourage clear and proactive communication throughout the entire studio team. Collaborate effectively to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and that project goals are achieved efficiently.

About You

  • 3–5 years of design experience, ideally within a consumer brand, in-house or creative agency.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, digital marketing and campaign work.

  • Solid understanding of print production and packaging specs.

  • Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  • Strong conceptual and typographic skills with great attention to detail.

  • Photography or art direction skills.

  • After Effect and animation skills

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

  • Passion for wellness, beverages, and design.
