THE ROLE

The Marketing Director will lead global marketing across the US and UK markets, responsible for budget allocation, team structure and process, 360 campaign development, and management of social, influencer, and celebrity partnerships. This role is critical for scaling the brand during a high-growth phase (+100% YoY in 2026). The position requires a digital-first leader with experience building global consumer brands at scale, specifically within beauty, premium lifestyle, or adjacent categories with a similar aesthetic and consumer target.
