THE ROLE

We’re on the lookout for someone extraordinary to lead the creation, evolution and professionalisation of TRIP’s EU Insights & Commercial Strategy function — building a world‑class centre of excellence that fuses data, strategy and storytelling to drive growth. This role will shape how TRIP thinks, decides and wins: influencing the category, guiding commercial choices, and embedding consumer‑first insight at every level of the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Build TRIP’s European insights function and unified data stack.
  • Create clear playbooks and storytelling that turn data into action.
  • Lead category strategy and retailer‑facing insights for Better‑For‑You / No‑Lo.
  • Power commercial decisions on range, pricing, promo, and ROI.
  • Guide NPD, brand, and investment with consumer and shopper insight.
  • Champion insight‑led thinking in a fast‑paced scale‑up environment.

ABOUT YOU

  • 6+ years in category management, commercial strategy, insights or RGM (FMCG/CPG, ideally beverages).
  • Expert in market data tools (Nielsen/NIQ, Kantar, Circana, IRI, SIP, Dunnhumby).
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills; able to turn complex data into simple, commercially powerful narratives.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, NPD, and finance to deliver growth plans.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build from the ground up in a fast‑moving, high growth environment.
