THE ROLE
TRIP is scaling fast across the UK, US and beyond — and we’re looking for an exceptional NPD Manager to help build the future of drinks and supplements. If you live for product development, know Stage Gate inside out, and can turn big ideas into flawless launches at speed, this role is for you.
Key responsibilities:
- Stage and Gate champion for the Product function, you will drive projects forward and support drinks and supplements portfolios.
- Lead end-to-end NPD across drinks and supplements.
- Drive hands‑on formulation and guide creative concept development.
- Own and enforce our Stage Gate process with discipline and clarity.
- Collaborate with Product, Ops, Tech and Packaging to deliver world‑class products.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers to bring innovative ideas to life.
- Scale recipes from benchtop to factory with precision.
ABOUT YOU
- 7+ years’ NPD experience in drinks or supplements.
- Deep formulation knowledge and a standout palate.
- Proven experience scaling products from concept to launch.
- Rigorous project management and attention to detail.
- Creative instinct, commercial awareness and trend obsession.
- Comfortable at pace, proactive, collaborative and highly organised.
