THE ROLE
The Marketing Director will lead global marketing across the US and UK markets, responsible for budget allocation, team structure and process, 360 campaign development, and management of social, influencer, and celebrity partnerships. This role is critical for scaling the brand during a high-growth phase (+100% YoY in 2026). The position requires a digital-first leader with experience building global consumer brands at scale, specifically within beauty, premium lifestyle, or adjacent categories with a similar aesthetic and consumer target.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Own the global marketing strategy across the US & UK. Set budgets, allocate spend for efficient growth, and lead performance through clear KPIs and reporting. Build, manage, and scale a high-performing marketing team.
- 360 Campaigns: Lead end-to-end planning and execution of integrated 360 campaigns. Ensure seamless alignment across digital, social, influencer, paid media, PR, retail, and content—always on-brand.
- Social, Influencer & Partnerships: Develop and manage global influencer and celebrity partnerships. Build creator strategies that drive reach, credibility, and conversion, overseeing budgets, contracts, and performance.
- Growth & Digital Performance: Deliver growth against commercial targets. Guide paid media strategy, champion testing and insights, and embed consumer data across all marketing activity.
- Consumer Insight & Product Collaboration: Champion a consumer‑first mindset. Partner closely with Product on existing and new launches to deliver against brand and business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Creative, E‑commerce, Product, Retail, Operations, and Finance to drive alignment and impact.
