Key Responsibilities
- Run recruitment across different roles, including BD, operations, and installation.
- Manage the hiring process end-to-end, from posting roles through to offers.
- Handle onboarding, offboarding, and employee admin.
- Manage contracts and support compliance with UK employment regulations.
- Work with payroll providers and external HR partners.
- Help set up HR processes, policies, and internal documentation.
- Act as a go-to person for day-to-day HR questions.
