Key Responsibilities
- Run recruitment across different roles, including BD, operations, and installation
- Manage the hiring process end-to-end, from posting roles through to offers
- Handle onboarding, offboarding, and employee admin
- Manage contracts and support compliance with UK employment regulations
- Work with payroll providers and external HR partners
- Help set up HR processes, policies, and internal documentation
- Act as a go-to person for day-to-day HR questions
What we are looking for
- 3 years of experience
- Strong recruitment experience
- Good understanding of UK HR basics and compliance
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team
- Able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Practical and solution-oriented
Nice to have
- Experience in a startup or early-stage business
- Experience building processes from scratch
- Mandarin language skill is a plus, as you may work with international teams.
