工作职责：
- 负责机器学习 / 深度学习模型的研发，优化和落地，以帮助提升交易信号的表现；
- 研究前沿算法及优化技术，推动技术迭代与业务创新。
任职资格：
- 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，国内外知名高校；
- 扎实的算法和数理基础，熟悉常用机器学习 / 深度学习算法（XGBoost / LSTM / Transformer等）；
- 熟练使用Python / C++，掌握PyTorch / TensorFlow等框架；
- 具备优秀的业务理解能力和独立解决问题能力，良好的团队合作意识和沟通能力。
加分项：
- 熟悉CUDA，了解主流的并行编程以及性能优化技术；
- 有模型实际工程优化经验（如训练或推理加速）；
- 熟悉DeepSpeed, Megatron等并行训练框架；
- 熟悉Triton, cutlass，能根据业务需要写出高效算子；
