We are looking for a Sushi Chef Manager with a minimum of 24 hours per week in our Sushi Gourmet - Shorehead C/O Sainsbury’s, Southgate, Huddersfield, HD1 6QR.

Responsibilities
- Be accountable for the kiosk and the team, maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations
- Ensure the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to maintain a safe environment for our customers, our clients, and ourselves
- Highly organised, with a focus on forward planning
- Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
- Accurately label products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift
- Be a skilled multitasker
- Be an early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days
- Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered
Pay
Paying up to £12.71 to £13 per hour, depending on experience.
