Required Experience:

- A good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations, ability to follow brand standards and comply with company policies
- Reliable transportation to commute to work early in the morning
Key Responsibilities:
- Be accountable for the kiosk and the team, maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations
- Ensure the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to maintain a safe environment for our customers, clients, and ourselves
- Highly organised, with a focus on forward planning
- Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
- Accurately label products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift
- Be a skilled multitasker
- An early riser, since shifts can start at 6 am some days
- Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered
