In the role of Lifeguard, you will ensure the best levels of service are achieved for our customers through offering a friendly, clean and safe facilities.
Hours: Casual hours, as and when required.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of customers in and around the pool and leisure facilities
- Provide friendly customer service and maintain a welcoming environment
- Support and contribute to the overall cleanliness and safety of the facilities
Qualifications
- NPLQ qualification
- Ability and understanding of how to relate to customers of all ages and abilities and to all levels of staff
- Well developed interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented approach; able to work across organisation boundaries and support staff and colleagues
- Flexible and able to follow instructions from managers
- Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry
- Flexible and adaptable
