Commercial Services Assistant – Part Time, Term Time Only.
Role Description
The main purpose of this role is to prepare, cook, and serve food, and deal with customer enquiries and requests. The post holder is expected to maintain very high standards of customer service and food/beverage quality at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Work with the Commercial Services Team Leaders to ensure an efficient and effective service to customers. Prepare, cook, and serve high-quality food daily. Ensure that the Service\’s brand standards are maintained. Maintain thorough cleanliness of work areas and ensure equipment is kept to a high standard. Operate CPOS tills, ensuring the integrity of cash and electronic payments by following all financial procedures.
Essential Criteria
Minimum of a Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate, good knowledge of Health and Safety, food preparation and cooking experience, and appropriate numeracy and literacy skills.
