The predicted salary is between 28800 - 33600 £ per year.

Hugely important and pivotal role in a fun and busy Creative Studio.

You will manage the diaries of 3 very busy execs so you will need to be able to prioritise their work load, knowing what engagements are business critical and vital and what can be re arranged for another week.

They all have different requirements and ways of working so you will need to adapt your approach to each individual.

  • £36k-£42k
  • 4 days a week in the London studio, Friday working from home

The role:

  • Managing and juggling 3 busy diaries in the senior leadership team
  • Answer phone calls
  • Greeting clients at the studio
  • Organise meetings, travel, dinner arrangements, set up meeting rooms etc
  • Ensure cost efficiency when managing travel arrangements and organise appropriate visas where necessary
  • Coordinate meetings across various times zones
  • Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times
  • Pre-empt upcoming meetings
  • Constantly problem solving and coming up with solutions to make the execs lives easier
  • Admin support where necessary – manage incoming emails and ensure all queries are met

The person:

  • Ideally have worked in a Creative agency
  • Must have a ‘muck in’ and hands on attitude
  • Naturally organised and proactive
  • An amazing multi tasker!
