Strategically and operationally partnering the Operations Director and Regional Manager, this is a great position in a growing and exciting business, where you can really see the difference you make every day. Key Responsibilities Be visible in store and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, particularly the Operations Director, Regional Manager, Area Managers and wider members of the Head Office Team. Ensure our Northern Ireland and ROI people processes are set up, fit for purpose and legally compliant. Understand how you can influence and drive our core people measures within the Region and produce solutions that have a measurable impact. Be set up for success – design and deliver leadership development activities within the Region to ensure people are set up to succeed. Investigate new ways of delivering best practice as a senior people professional, not only within your Region but with the wider People and Ops Leadership team. Know your People – harness talent by identifying short term and long- term successors within Region. Provide regular and meaningful updates to the People and Regional Teams. Identify and deliver commercially focused People projects in line with business plans. Associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or working towards. Drive and resilience to overcome challenges. Excellent communication and mediation skills. Ability to influence at all levels of the business. Self-motivated and able to work autonomously and remotely. Ability to collaborate & apply a supportive coaching style. Be a great team player. A full Driving License.
