Lecturer opportunity at NCG, a leading UK college group. We’re seeking a motivated and learner-focused Lecturer to join our college team. What You\’ll Do

  • Plan and deliver learning: design and deliver inclusive, high-quality lessons; create engaging learning materials tailored to diverse learner needs; provide clear, constructive feedback to support learner progress.
  • Support learner development: guide academic and personal development through tutorials and pastoral care; maintain accurate records of learner progress and engagement.
  • Enhance curriculum and quality: keep course content current and aligned with industry standards; contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance processes.
  • Collaborate and uphold standards: work with colleagues and external partners to enrich the learner experience; promote and uphold safeguarding, equality, and health and safety policies.

You’ll Need / What we’re looking for

  • A relevant subject qualification (e.g. degree or equivalent).
  • A recognised teaching qualification.
  • Level 2 English and Maths (e.g. GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent).
  • The ability to plan and deliver effective, inclusive teaching for diverse learners.
  • Knowledge of subject-specific pedagogy and current teaching practices in further or higher education.
  • Clear communication and strong organisational skills.
  • Confidence using digital tools to support learning.
  • A commitment to safeguarding, equality, and ongoing professional development.

Subject-Specific Details

  • Qualifications to a minimum of Level 5 in aesthetics, including laser and pulsed light, micro-needling, chemical peels and other skin rejuvenation treatments.
  • Evidence of recent industry updating/CPD.
