An exciting opportunity for a highly organised Account Manager with a keen interest in sports to join a fast-growing business based in Nottingham. Offering a hybrid working model (3 days in the office), a salary of up to £38,000 plus commission, this is a fantastic opportunity to manage key accounts across the education and sports sector. You\’ll play a central role in building strong customer relationships and ensuring seamless end-to-end service delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of school, university, and sports club accounts, ensuring a high level of service

  • Attend customer meetings (in-person and virtual) to review ranges, process orders, and strengthen relationships

  • Coordinate and monitor sales orders, ensuring specifications and timelines are met

  • Prepare quotations and work closely with product and merchandising teams on stock approvals

  • Resolve delivery and service issues in line with company policies and maintain customer portals and data systems

  • What Experience is Required

  • A keen interests in sports
  • Previous experience in an Account Management or Client Services role

  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail

  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
