Our client is currently looking for an Organisational Design/Development Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role will require you to work 3 days a week in their office in Hounslow.

This position is to facilitate People Change initiatives throughout a range of organizational effectiveness programs company wide. You will be responsible for defining, managing, and implementing Organisational Effectiveness initiatives and aligning with the business and people strategy.

Essential skills required:

  • Technical expertise: A Organisational Design (OD) and Development practitioner with previous experience leading OD strategy and initiatives; Strong understanding of OD methodologies and previous project management experience
  • Impact and influencing: Credible to act as a trusted advisor, centre of excellence, to influence senior leaders with a track record of successful delivery.
  • Data driven ability to build strong cases for change, which are evidence based and compelling, so as to secure consensus from senior colleagues and teams.
  • Communication: a strong storyteller and able to translate people and OD speak into a meaningful narrative to senior leaders in a way that is relevant to the business leader and their strategic objectives.
  • Experience in working cross-functionally in a matrix environment.
