The Copywriter Officer (English Language) holds a crucial role within our in-house Creative Production team, specializing in crafting compelling and persuasive written content tailored for marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on marketing and our loyalty programme. This role requires familiarity with loyalty programme language and the airline business to enhance brand identity and storytelling efforts across various marketing channels.
Accountabilities
Develop engaging copy specifically targeted for marketing campaigns related to our loyalty programme
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives, providing creative input and strategic solutions to effectively promote the loyalty programme and drive engagement.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate innovative ideas and concepts for written content, contributing to a collaborative environment that fosters creativity and strategic thinking.
Support other copywriters, managers and graphic designers in adapting copy for different formats and platforms, enabling faster project turnaround times and facilitating in-house project completion without the need for external agencies.
Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all written content related to maintain high standards of quality and professionalism.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in loyalty programme communication and the airline business, incorporating relevant insights into copywriting strategies and approaches.
Education & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or related field, with a specialization in marketing, preferably with a focus on loyalty programmes.
- Bachelor\’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or relevant field.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that engage and persuade audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for accuracy and grammar.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for storytelling and brand communication within the context of loyalty programmes and the airline industry.
