Oversee the operation of render farms, automating task submission workflows and optimising rendering pipelines for maximum efficiency. Collaborate closely with artists, technical directors, and engineers to troubleshoot bottlenecks and implement solutions that improve production workflows. Automate repetitive tasks to streamline processes, improving productivity from asset creation to final rendering. Ensure version control practices across the pipeline using Perforce or Git , maintaining data integrity and smooth team collaboration. Work with cloud-based infrastructure to enhance rendering workflows and asset management across virtual platforms. Lead the integration of CI/CD pipelines, automating deployment and testing to improve pipeline performance and scalability.
