What you\’ll do
As a Product Marketing Visual Designer, you\’ll be creating key visuals and required formats for performance media campaigns and digital advertising. We’ll look to you to develop a visual asset framework for long term marketing plans and digital product needs, including illustrations, motions and iconography.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring clarity in brand guidelines
- Maintaining brand and design continuity along with quality output
- Ongoing creation of visual and motion assets for Marketing, Communications and Product Development teams
- Providing design support for NatWest Rooster Money and Youth outreach campaigns
The skills you\’ll need
This is a senior designer role where we expect the right candidate, a self-starter, to lead and manage the tasks assigned. We’re looking for someone with a strong background in visual design, with a portfolio that demonstrates both creative thinking and the delivery of effective and innovative visual design solutions. You’ll have a great design sensibility for visual details, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to deliver against tight deadlines.
You’ll also need:
- Exceptional graphic design skills, together with design experience at consumer focused, B2C companies, with great command of graphic software programmes such as Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
- Proficiency in animation, GIFs, and key visuals to support digital touchpoints, with substantial knowledge in After Effects and LottieFiles
- Excellent typography skills, layout and image composition
- Experience in developing frameworks and systems for visual assets for digital products, including iconography
- Experience in delivering interface designs for digital applications in high performance environments
- A proven track record of providing high quality design concepts and assets for product marketing and customer engagement
