We are excited to be recruiting for a Sales Performance Coach to join Team BiP.
This newly created role will be a key partner of our Business Intelligence sales function, with responsibility for driving individual and team performance to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Reporting into our Head of Business Intelligence Sales, this role combines all aspects of the coaching cycle with the objective to optimise sales effectiveness and ensure continuous professional growth across the team.
This role is a key part of the committed investment into the retention and professional development across both our Business Intelligence Acquisition and Customer Success teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, modern coaching techniques (and associated technologies) and most importantly, will be passionate about, and demonstrate the ability to, inspire and motivate sales professionals in fast-paced high-performance environment.
