Regional Sales Manager – Wales and Southwest
5 days per week on the road
£42,000 basic + uncapped commission (realistic OTE £55k – £65k) + company car
Pitch is delighted to be supporting an award-winning business operating at the heart of the British design industry within optics.
Our client designs their products and works with manufacturing partners across Europe and the Far East to produce premium, cutting edge pieces. Driven by trends within the fashion industry, they have several ranges, premium licensed brands and own brands.
They are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager, who lives within the region and has a strong account management background as 80% of the role is focused on existing relationships. You’ll be on the road 5 days a week, travelling across your region and meeting with customers regularly to build on existing relationships whilst also looking to acquire new customers.
Key duties will include:
- Managing your diary and setting appointments with customers in an area to maximise your time and effectiveness.
- Showcasing new and existing products to customers and encouraging them to buy.
- Completing orders and managing administration whilst out on the road.
- Targeted to meet with 40 customers per week.
Experience needed:
- You will have worked in a face-to-face, field sales role previously and be able to demonstrate your commercial success.
- You’ll have exceptional communication skills and be able to build relationships quickly.
- You will be comfortable being out on the road 5 days per week and be able to organise your diary to ensure maximum efficiency.
- You’ll have B2B sales experience from industries such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, retail, optics.
- You must live within the Wales/ Southwest region as this role covers from Gloucestershire and into Wales, Hampshire, and Devon and Cornwall.
