Role of a Systems Engineer

A Systems Engineer establishes the desired outcomes, considers potential solutions, designs the system, coordinates the implementation, and ensures that the solution is integrated and achieves the desired outcomes. As a UM Systems Engineer, you will be working on mission-critical sonar system development balancing the engineering, solution, development, production, and technology.

This is an opportunity to grow within proud close-knit teams on diverse projects across the whole product life-cycle. It is well-suited to individuals early in their careers who demonstrate the behaviours and capabilities essential for success as a Systems Engineer, including adaptability, problem-solving, and a systems-thinking mindset.
