Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be working with one of the fastest growing accountancy firms in Sheffield as they look to recruit a Junior Administrator to join their Business Support team.
This is a brand-new role that will report directly into the Office Manager with full training provided for someone earlier in their career.
If you've got a ambitions of a career in Business Support, have strong communication skills and are a hard worker then this one could be a fantastic first step.
In return, you will be joining a large and really sociable team offering plenty of support and a really clear development pathway.
What you will be doing in your first 6 months:
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Data entry
- Archiving accounts paperwork perhaps once every 2 months
- Bank cheques in town maybe once a month
- Stock-check and order stationery weekly
- Organising delivery for parcels with Parcelforce maybe every other month
- Reception cover
- Raising annual/quarterly payroll bills
- Assist with social event day
- Other general admin support
