Are you ready to join a fun, friendly, multivet and supportive team? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a veterinary surgeon to join a well-established practice based in Derbyshire.
About the Practice:
Located conveniently in Derbyshire with excellent transport links to Nottingham, Burton, and the Peak District, Derby Kingsway offering a modern surgery designed to industry-leading standards. The practice is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including an in-house laboratory. They are proud to be a silver-level Rabbit Friendly Practice and a silver standard ICC Cat Friendly Clinic.
Led by a highly experienced veterinary surgeon, the team includes 2 other vets, 5 nurses, and 3 client care advisors, all working together to provide exceptional care for animals and outstanding service for clients.
About You:
We’re looking for a veterinary surgeon with good general small animal surgical and medical skills and a solid knowledge of working up cases. You’ll be joining a team dedicated to providing the highest standards of care to both clients and their pets.
This role offers a shared weekend rota of 1 in 3 Saturdays, a 4-day working week with some sole charge, and no out-of-hours shifts. The position is ideal for a candidate with some experience, although confident new graduates will also be considered.
