About the Role This is an exciting, newly created position where you will be the driving force behind the strategy, adoption, and innovation of the company\’s core Microsoft (Azure, Copilot, M365) and Atlassian platforms. Reporting to the Head of ITSM & Infrastructure, you will act as the crucial link between technology and business objectives, ensuring these powerful tools deliver maximum value and enhance productivity across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Shape the Vision: Define and communicate a clear product roadmap for Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Atlassian, ensuring alignment with business goals. Drive Adoption: Act as a product champion, promoting new features and best practices to boost user engagement and efficiency. Manage the Backlog: Prioritise user stories, features, and tasks, working with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery. Collaborate for Success: Partner with vendors and internal teams (Security, Infrastructure, EUC) to ensure seamless product development, deployment, and support. Be the User\’s Voice: Gather user feedback and conduct research to continuously improve the user experience and inform product enhancements. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and manage expectations. Ensure Governance: Monitor product performance, manage risks, and ensure all solutions adhere to security and compliance standards. What You\’ll Need Proven experience as an IT Product Owner or in a similar role. Strong, hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite, including emerging technologies like Copilot. A background in IT service management (ITSM), project delivery, and effective stakeholder engagement. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical issues and vendor relationships. A confident communication style, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. A degree (or equivalent) in a related field and certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP, Microsoft) are highly desirable. Familiarity with the Power Platform (Power BI, Fabric) and Azure is a plus.
