Due to expanding the company, they are looking for an ambitious Salesperson to drive business growth, develop client relationships, and expand our market presence. This role requires a proactive sales approach, both in the office and in the field, engaging with potential and existing clients to provide top-tier logistics solutions. (Salesperson) – Position Requirements Proven experience in sales, within logistics, transport, or a similar fast-paced environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in CRM software for managing client data and tracking sales performance. Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to market shifts. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams Strong numerical, literacy, and communication skills Expectations: Meet or exceed yearly sales quotas (reviewed quarterly). Expand client portfolio and boost retention rates. Deliver top-tier customer service and maintain positive client relationships. Ensure accurate CRM data for seamless interdepartmental collaboration (Salesperson) – Position Remuneration Location: Chelmsford (Office-Based with Field Travel) Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 Salary: Generous Base 30k to 35k + 5% Commission (Lifetime of Customer) Benefits: Laptop & Phone provided Holidays: 20 days (excluding bank holidays), plus 1 extra day per year after first full year of employment, to a maximum of 25 days. Company Pension: Auto enrolment into company pension scheme. Please note there is no on-site parking, and you would need to organize your own parking.
