As we expand our footprint across the UK, we are opening a new office in Oxford to service and grow our client base in the Thames Valley and Solent Region. We are looking for a passionate and driven Staffing Manager to lead this new chapter.
The Role:
As the Staffing Manager for our new Oxford office, you will play a crucial role in building The Etiquette Group’s presence in the Thames Valley and Solent area. You will be responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships while developing new business in the area. This role requires someone who is highly organised, proactive, and ready to shape the business from the ground up. You will also work to maintain and grow our strong talent pool in the region, ensuring our clients receive the high-quality, personable service The Etiquette Group is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
– Work with the Regional Operations Manager on the opening and development of The Etiquette Group’s Oxford office.
– Develop and implement staffing strategies to meet the specific needs of hospitality clients in the Thames Valley and Solent region.
– Build strong relationships with local venues and event organisers to grow our client base.
– Recruit, select, and manage a pool of skilled hospitality staff to meet the demands of clients.
– Ensure high standards of service delivery in line with our company values of diligence, quality, and a human approach.
– Represent The Etiquette Group at networking events and promote our services to potential clients.
– Analyse regional market trends and adjust staffing strategies to stay competitive.
– Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and implementing improvements where necessary.
– Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.
– Collaborate with the wider team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of The Etiquette Group.
Qualifications and Skills:
