Slick Gorilla is the UK’s biggest mens hair care brand, founded in the North of the UK by two brothers with a passion for hair, style and creativity, the brand gained a global following and is stocked in key retail & mens focused destinations around the world.

We’re looking for a driven, hard-working individual to join our team to support the Slick Gorilla brand growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid product background, be a confident, modern minded, self-starter with a passion for forward thinking brands across Hair, Beauty, Fashion & Lifestyle.

This role will own product, you will know stock inside out, forecast the year with precision, develop relationships with suppliers and make sure we have the right SKU in the right place at the right time!

The role will encompass but not limited to the below;

Stock

Ensure correct stock levels are on hand at all times

Ensure all sales channels have the correct inventory at all times

Forecast and work to a calendar plan for correct stock across the business

Place POs and lead communication on new, pending and received orders

Analyse sales patterns and adjust order levels accordingly

Develop longer term positive relationships with distributors, wholesalers and retailers

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all stock is managed correctly

Remedy ad hoc occurrences with stock

Product

Support with NPD projects and on going tasks

Collaborate with team to ensure future product plans are achieved

Support with ad hoc needs of team for promo, gift and or other ad hoc focuses

Be the lead contact person for product updates, changes and queries

Update or action any needs across the full product line

Ensure correct documentation, testing and further are on hand for customer needs

Support with new market launches in collaboration with wider team

Remedy ad hoc occurrences with stock & product
