My client is a well-known brand in the wider Reading area. They are seeking a HR Data & Insights Specialist to help shape the people strategy through data-driven decision making. Key Responsibilities: Develop and automate data reporting processes, making insights easily accessible to HR and business leaders. Create data visualizations and dashboards that tell compelling stories and drive strategic action. Provide meaningful analysis to inform HR initiatives, from employee engagement to organisational development. Improve data quality and ensure accuracy across multiple HR systems. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in HR analytics. Collaborate across teams to enhance data literacy and self-service capabilities. Role profile: Proven experience in HR analytics, reporting, or a data-related role. Strong technical skills in Power BI, Excel, SQL, or Python (bonus: SAP BW, Tableau, or Visual Basic). Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders. A strategic thinker with a proactive mindset—always looking for ways to improve processes and efficiency.
