Seeking a Non-Functional Test Assurance Manager to ensure high-quality standards for products and services. This role focuses on optimising non-functional testing to meet performance, reliability, and scalability requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a Non-Functional Testing (NFT) strategy.
- Maintain NFT principles, frameworks, tools, and standards.
- Transition from waterfall to DevOps & CI/CD delivery models.
- Collaborate to define NFT scope (performance, capacity, load, stress, reliability, BCDR, security).
- Validate Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and design specs for testability.
- Ensure Service Provider Test Plans align with the strategy.
- Monitor testing activities and resolve issues expediently.
- Produce Test Completion Reports for each phase.
Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years in non-functional testing or test assurance.
- Experience managing a range of NFT types.
- Knowledge of testing tools and frameworks (Azure DevOps, JMeter, etc.).
- Strong technical understanding of cloud environments, networks, and modern architectures.
- Familiarity with AI/ML in testing and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable:
- Bachelor\’s degree in a related field.
- Understanding of Utilities industries
- Experience in regulated environments.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB).
