Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services under supervision
- Monitor and document patient responses
- Participate in care planning and quality improvement activities

Qualifications
- Current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the relevant state
- Graduate from an accredited PTA program (CAPTE)
- One year of related experience preferred; less than one year requires approval and mentoring
- Current CPR certification
