LHi Group, an award-winning international recruitment business, is thrilled to introduce an exciting Contractor Care | On-Boarding Consultant opportunity in our London office.
This newly created role is pivotal to ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for contractors placed by our London, Berlin, and Munich offices. As the key liaison between candidates, sales teams, and our in-house Legal & Compliance experts, you’ll contribute to the success of contractors in their new roles while supporting the growth of our global business.
Key Responsibilities
As a Contractor Care | On-Boarding Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
Compliance Coordination
- Ensuring full awareness of compliance requirements for each region.
- Educating candidates on compliance expectations and providing guidance.
- Collecting independent questionnaires (e.g. for placements in the Netherlands/Germany).
- Completing imposter checks for UK-based candidates.
Contract Management
- Acting as the primary liaison for candidates regarding contract changes or amendments.
- Collaborating with the Legal team to facilitate swift and efficient contract approvals.
Process Guidance
- Providing clear instructions on timesheet submission and payment cycles to ensuring clarity and a smooth transition for contractors.
Problem-Solving
- Addressing compliance challenges with a positive, solution-driven approach.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, confident in conducting video or phone calls with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive Mindset: A positive, solution-focused approach to challenges.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are a plus.
- Industry Experience:
- Prior experience in contractor care / onboarding / sales operations / contracts and compliance within a recruitment business, or
