Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership of P&L and operational metrics for portfolio companies, driving free cash flow (FCF) growth and sustainable performance. Drive operational excellence through data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and KPI implementation across all business functions. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align development priorities with strategic business goals. Cultivate and manage key relationships with customers, employees, and stakeholders, providing both strategic direction and hands-on problem-solving. Lead, develop, and inspire global teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement across diverse functions. Identify and execute growth opportunities, from go-to-market strategies to operational scaling. Required Skills & Experience: 2-5 years of experience in high-intensity business environments (consulting, startup operations, venture capital, or similar). Strong financial analysis skills, with expertise in Excel, financial modeling, and P&L management. Proven track record of independently owning and delivering projects with measurable results. Experience leading remote/global teams and working across multiple time zones. Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships at an executive level, balancing strategic priorities and operational needs. Background in, or strong understanding of B2B software businesses and SaaS metrics. Key Attributes: Strong bias to action with a proven ability to execute independently and efficiently.
