The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment while providing essential administrative support. You’ll be learning the full 360 recruitment process, with the goal of progressing into a Recruitment Consultant role.
During your training, you will:
- Assist with recruitment admin tasks, such as CV formatting and database management
- Post job adverts and screen potential candidates
- Arrange interviews and liaise with clients and candidates
- Support compliance processes and maintain accurate records
- Gain insight into business development and client relationship management
As you develop, you’ll receive full training and mentorship to become a 360 Recruitment Consultant, managing your own clients and candidates.
