We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of 2 years experience. You will bring strong experience managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, including business development, client management, and candidate delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a growing desk and progress into a leadership position. Key Responsibilities * Manage the full recruitment cycle * Source, screen, and interview high-quality candidates to match client requirements. * Advertise vacancies, write compelling job adverts, utilise job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools. * Build strong relationships with a variety of candidates. * Negotiate offers and close placements successfully. * Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets. * Contribute to the team\’s overall success and help mentor junior consultants as needed. Requirements * 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in a 360 consultant role. * Proven billing record and ability to hit or exceed targets. * Confident in business development or client relationship management. * Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. * Resilient, ambitious, competitive and self-motivated with a professional attitude. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
