Role Overview:

The SEO Manager will lead the planning and execution of search strategies that strengthen brand discoverability, organic growth, and digital authority. Operating across audits, category assessments, strategy development, and ongoing optimizations, the role ensures SEO is integrated into Greenpark’s broader digital ecosystem — working hand-in-hand with content, social, creative, and data teams.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and own SEO strategies across audits, revamps, category assessments, and monthly optimization efforts.
  • Translate Category Assessment findings into actionable SEO roadmaps, prioritizing keyword clusters and opportunity spaces.
  • Develop strategies that cover technical SEO, content optimization, backlinking, and omnichannel discoverability.
  • Ensure SEO strategies are tightly integrated with editorial and social to deliver a unified digital-first approach.
  • Category Assessment & Opportunity Mapping

  • Partner with Senior Data Analysts to interpret search universe sizing, opportunity maps, and intent models.
  • Identify priority keyword categories and high-value themes to drive visibility in both branded and non-branded spaces.
  • Ensure opportunity areas from Category Assessment directly inform: Content calendars (editorial). Paid and organic campaign planning (social & media). Technical fixes and site structure (web development).
  • Act as the voice of SEO in ensuring Category Assessments flow into practical execution across Greenpark’s delivery teams.
  • Execution & Optimization

  • Oversee implementation of SEO audits, technical fixes, and Core Web Vitals improvements.
  • Lead keyword research, clustering, and integration into content strategy.
  • Manage backlinking and domain authority building initiatives.
  • Ensure readiness for emerging search environments (AI search, social search).
  • Performance & Growth

  • Monitor, report, and optimize SEO KPIs across multiple projects.
  • Partner with Data Analysts to validate forecasts, measure ROI, and refine SEO roadmaps.
  • Proactively adapt to algorithm updates and shifts in search behavior.
  • Cross-Functional Integration

  • Collaborate with Editorial to embed SEO insights into content pillars and production.
  • Work with Social teams to align keyword insights with amplification strategies.
  • Serve as a client-facing lead for SEO discussions, ensuring insights and recommendations are clearly communicated.
  • Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in SEO, with proven leadership across technical and content SEO.
  • Strong experience in Category Assessments — turning keyword opportunity maps into strategic execution plans.
  • Advanced knowledge of technical audits, site migrations, backlinking, and content SEO.
  • Understanding of omnichannel search, including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and AI-driven search.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
