Your New Company
My client is a leading provider of property management services across the UK. They specialise in delivering comprehensive solutions for homes and workplaces, enabling their clients to focus on their core business. Their teams are experts in maintenance, compliance, fire safety, and refurbishment services.
Your New Role
As a key member of the Asset Management team, you will report to the Asset Management Team Lead and support business-as-usual asset management changes, migrations, and new contract mobilisations. The role will involve working on contracts and projects related to social housing repairs, planned maintenance, and Government Hard Services delivery. You will drive quality and excellent customer service, ensuring all tickets are handled efficiently within agreed SLAs.
This is a very data led role, it will involve a system migration where data integrity is key.
What You\’ll Need to Succeed
• Strong experience in a data analyst role from a construction/scheduling background
• Excellent customer service and documentation skills
• Proficiency in data manipulation using Excel
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Understanding of Asset Hierarchies and PPM Maintenance Regimes in a facilities management setting
• Asset Management Certificate (desirable)
• Experience of system migrations and new system roll outs would be very beneficial
