We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Trainer to join a leading professional membership body based in Central London. They are going through a period of digital transformation where this newly created role will be key to ensuring the success of the sales team. This role is paying £45,, and offers hybrid working from the Central London offices.
The Sales Trainer will design and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that includes training materials, tools and resources. Key responsibilities include creating and delivery an engaging training programme and workshop for the sales team, tracking and reporting on training outcomes and managing the budget and ROI of the training programmes.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with experience designing and delivering effective training programmes. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to provide constructive feedback and the analytical skills to measure outcomes and performance metrics. This role also requires familiarity with training software and CRM systems.
