We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a People Assistant to join our Multi-Academy Trust Central Team. We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative team member to play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive and high-quality administrative support within our People Team.
The focus on this post is to provide an effective People administration service to our family of schools. The successful candidate will be required to manage the recruitment process including posting of adverts, recruitment checks, and production and distribution of contracts. They will be the main point of contact for People-related queries from schools, candidates, and colleagues and as such they will need to be able to communicate confidentiality at all levels whilst ensuring quality customer service.
The post holder must have the ability to use IT packages as they will be required to maintain the People/Payroll database accurately. Due to the nature of the role, the candidate must have the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently, work in a team, and have a high level of attention to detail.
