Support Worker – Brighton
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – bank also available
Shifts: Working on a rota basis across 7 days a week (7am-2.30pm/2.30pm-10pm+sleeps)
Driving Licence Required: Not essential

Your Role as a Support Worker
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Providing support and ensuring a safe, calm environment
- Supporting individuals with personal care and wellbeing needs
- Promoting independence and emotional reassurance
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the wider team
- Being a trusted presence and advocate for those you support
