We are looking for a person with experience working with private markets funds to join us as as Associate or Paralegal. We offer a fully remote role with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.
About the Role
Your primary responsibility will support on private equity fund reviews, secondary transactions and fund formation / fund operations projects.

- MUST HAVE REQUIREMENT: At least 3 years\’ prior experience of working with private markets funds, either at a law firm or an asset manager
- Be highly motivated to deliver high quality work;
- Used to working in a high-pace environment;
