The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that the college operates within legal and regulatory frameworks, upholds ethical standards, and adheres to internal policies and procedures. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting a culture of compliance across all departments and functions. Key Responsibilities: Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, review, and update college policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to communicate policies effectively and ensure understanding and adherence. Compliance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and evaluate college activities to identify areas of potential non-compliance. Conduct regular audits and assessments to assess the effectiveness of compliance initiatives. Prepare and submit reports to senior management, regulatory agencies, and accrediting bodies as required.
