Opus are supporting a long standing client in their search for an IT technician as they are growing their Support teams.
This company are within the Utilities space and are growing at a very quick pace!
You will be at the forefront of supporting colleagues with various technical issues and troubleshoot and escalate where necessary.
As a IT Technician you will be utilising ITIL management processes to track and priorities tickets, resolve incidents and requests with agreed SLA\’s and play a pivotal role in leading the day-to-day operations of the Service Desk, providing first-line IT support.
Experience needed –
- Previous experience as an IT Technician or similar
- Working with Windows systems
If you hold any certifications like ITIL this will put you in a strong position.
