Who Will You Work With:
You will work with one of the top-tier financial services firms in the UK, playing a vital role in their commercial lending transformation programme. This is a high-impact role within a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization to drive the delivery of scalable and efficient loan solutions.
About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Business Analyst-not a Project Manager-who brings deep expertise in Loan IQ and commercial loan systems. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end analysis, requirement gathering, and supporting testing phases across the project lifecycle.
This is a 6-month contract position with strong potential for extension. The role is hybrid, requiring 2 days per week onsite at one of the following locations: Radbroke, Northampton, or Glasgow, UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth business analysis within commercial lending, specifically in Loan IQ
- Gather, document, and manage detailed business requirements and acceptance criteria
- Lead analysis workshops and stakeholder discussions from concept to execution
- Support QA/testing teams by troubleshooting and triaging system issues
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders-both written and verbal
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams while following Agile methodologies
Required Skills and Experience:
