Position Description

We are currently looking for a Regional Business Manager EMEA to join our Global Commercial Operations team. This role is responsible for driving regional commercial success and market adoption of oncology and genomics solutions by combining strategic sales execution, clinical expertise, and deep market knowledge. The individual will collaborate cross-functionally to position high-impact diagnostics, support key stakeholders, and foster partnerships that advance precision medicine initiatives. The role also involves guiding field teams, engaging key opinion leaders, and aligning regional efforts with global strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

– Drive regional sales strategies for oncology/genomics products including PCR, NGS, liquid biopsy, and companion diagnostics.
– Support complex sales cycles and stakeholder engagement, including translational research teams and C-suite leaders at cancer centers.
– Champion Sample-to-Insight workflows and position products based on clinical utility, biomarker relevance, and guideline alignment.
– Analyze installed base data to identify growth opportunities through menu expansion and cross-application solutions.
– Engage and manage KOLs across oncology disciplines for advisory boards, publications, and early-access programs.
– Lead strategic partnerships with public genomics initiatives, research consortia, and biobanks to expand reach and impact.
– Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to guide pricing strategies, identify differentiation opportunities, and inform product positioning.

Position Requirements

– Master’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Oncology, or a related field required.
– Min 5 years of experience in oncology, genomics, or molecular diagnostics in a commercial or strategic role.
– Strong knowledge of technologies such as PCR, NGS, liquid biopsy, and companion diagnostics.
– Proven ability to support complex sales cycles and engage with clinical and executive stakeholders, with the ability to convey clinical value to both scientific and business audiences.
– Experience with market analysis, forecasting, and identifying growth opportunities within installed bases.
– Skilled in working cross-functionally across marketing, medical, and product development teams.
– Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Knowledge of an additional European language would be an advantage (Italian, French, German…).
– Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time within the region, while holding a valid driver\’s license.
