As our Driver Quality Advisor, you will work closely with the self-employed drivers, client support team, quality team and our depots.
- Salary: £12.29 per hour
- Hours: 37.5 hours between 8am-8pm
- Shift pattern: 5 days out of 7
- Job Type: Full-time- 6 month FTC
- Location: AO Latchford Building, AO Logistics, Weston Road, Crewe CW1 6GH
Here\’s What You Can Expect To Be Doing
Our Driver Quality Advisor will be the voice of the quality team to the drivers. They will engage in regular calls with our drivers on the road, develop a positive relationship with them, listen to feedback and concerns and advise them on how to improve their results.
* Working with depots to assist crews to deliver great customer service.
* Checking in with drivers to gather opinions on a variety of subjects.
* Keeping drivers up to date on any innovations.
* Increase retention of self-employed drivers through two way conversations.
A Few Things About You
- Experience in customer service or customer facing roles preferable.
* Able to remain calm and focussed under pressure.
* Consistent positive attitude and telephone manner
* Basic Excel knowledge
* Able to communicate effectively.
