Junior Quantity Surveyor (Civil) Progression
Omagh – Onsite
Up to £45,000 to £55,000 + Progression + 30 Holiday + Pension + Company Car + Company Benefits
Are you a Junior Quantity Surveyor from a Construction/Building background, wanting the opportunity of progression working across a variety of exciting construction projects?
Do you want to be a key player as part of a growing business with a secured book of business, having room to bring in your ideas and add value to the team and business while growing your knowledge and skills in the industry?
On offer is the opportunity to join a growing construction business, established for over 50 years, with sites across Ireland, secured book of business and looking to grow further across renewables, civil, electrical and other exciting projects.
In this role you will deliver commercial management services for tenders, reports, monitor project costs to stay within budgets, assist in contractual and commercial issues, be part of continuous improvement process, lead and develop the procurement process, negotiation with clients and suppliers and lead contractual agreements.
The ideal candidate is a Junior Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering or construction industry based near Omagh wanting to be part of a growing business.
